However, if you allow pets, or if there are any unexpected flooring repairs needed, mold or dry-rot  or water damage to fix, or if your tenants rebuild their motorcycle engines in your living rooms this amount will surely go up. 

 

One hundred and eight thousand dollars is a lot of money. How would you like to only pay out $80,000 and save $28,000 per year? But not just this year, every year.
